はじめてごはん手帳（以下「本アプリ」）は、離乳食の食材・献立・スケジュールを記録・管理する機能を提供するアプリです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 取得する情報

1-1. ユーザーが入力・作成する情報

本アプリでは、機能提供のために以下の情報を取り扱います。

  • 家族グループ情報（家族名、参加メンバー等）
  • お子さま情報（表示名、誕生日、写真等）
  • 食材情報（名称、分類等）
  • 食材の試食回数
  • 食材の好み・状態（スキ / フツウ / キライ / アレルギー）
  • 献立テンプレート情報
  • 離乳食予定（スケジュール）情報、メモ
  • つくりおき在庫情報
  • （任意）予定や記録に添付する写真

1-2. 端末内に保存される情報

本アプリは、操作性向上やオフライン時の表示のため、端末内に一部データや設定を保存することがあります。

  • アプリ設定
  • キャッシュ（表示高速化のための一時データ）
  • Firestoreのローカル永続化キャッシュ

1-3. 端末機能へのアクセス（許可がある場合のみ）

  • 通知：離乳食予定のリマインドや在庫不足アラート等を通知するため
  • 写真：お子さま情報や予定・記録に写真を添付するため

2. 利用目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的でのみ利用します。

  • 本アプリの機能提供（食材・献立・予定・在庫情報の作成、表示、同期、共有）
  • 家族グループ内での情報共有
  • 通知機能の提供
  • 表示の改善、安定動作、利便性向上のためのキャッシュ利用
  • お問い合わせ対応

3. 外部送信・第三者サービス

3-1. Firebase（Google LLC）

本アプリは、機能提供のためにFirebaseを利用します。

  • Firebase Authentication：ユーザー識別、ログイン状態の管理、Apple ID連携
  • Cloud Firestore：家族グループ・お子さま・食材・献立・予定・在庫等のデータ保存と同期
  • Firebase Cloud Functions：家族作成、招待コード発行、家族参加等のサーバー処理
  • Firebase Storage：お子さま写真や予定写真等の保存

3-2. 広告（Google Mobile Ads / AdMob）

本アプリは広告表示のため、Google Mobile Ads / AdMobを利用します。広告表示時、当該事業者がデバイス情報、IPアドレス、広告識別子等の広告関連情報を取得・利用する場合があります。詳細はGoogleのポリシーをご確認ください。

3-3. 外部APIへの通信

本アプリは、機能提供のために外部APIへ通信することがあります。

4. データの保存期間と削除

  • 端末内に保存されるデータは、アプリの削除により端末から削除されます。
  • クラウドに保存されたデータは、アプリ内の削除操作や家族グループからの離脱・削除等により削除される場合があります。
  • 写真を削除した場合、対応するクラウド上の画像データも削除される場合があります。

5. セキュリティ

本アプリは、iOSの権限管理・サンドボックス等の仕組み、およびFirebaseの認証・セキュリティ機構を前提に動作します。ただし、あらゆる状況における完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

6. 医療に関する注意

本アプリは離乳食の記録・管理を補助するものであり、医療的な助言、診断、治療を行うものではありません。アレルギーや健康状態に不安がある場合は、医療機関へご相談ください。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

法令・機能変更等に応じて、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合、適切な方法で告知します。

Hajimete Gohan Techo (the "App") helps users record and manage baby food ingredients, menus, schedules, and related family information. This policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Information We Handle

1-1. Information You Provide

The App may handle the following information to provide its features:

  • Family group information (family name, members, etc.)
  • Child information (display name, birthday, photos, etc.)
  • Food information (names, categories, etc.)
  • Food try counts
  • Food preferences and status (Like / Neutral / Dislike / Allergy)
  • Menu template information
  • Feeding schedules, plans, and notes
  • Make-ahead stock information
  • Optional photos attached to plans or records

1-2. Data Stored on Your Device

For usability and offline support, the App may store some data locally:

  • App settings
  • Cache data
  • Firestore local persistence cache

1-3. Device Permissions

Only with your permission:

  • Notifications: for reminders and stock alerts
  • Photos: for attaching photos to child profiles, plans, and records

2. Purposes of Use

We use the information only to:

  • Provide App features such as creating, displaying, syncing, and sharing food, menu, schedule, and stock data
  • Enable sharing within family groups

3. External Services and Third Parties

3-1. Firebase (Google LLC)

The App uses Firebase for core functionality:

  • Firebase Authentication: user identification, sign-in state, and Apple ID linking
  • Cloud Firestore: storing and syncing family, child, food, menu, plan, and stock data
  • Firebase Cloud Functions: backend operations such as family creation, invite code issuance, and joining a family
  • Firebase Storage: storing child photos and plan photos

3-2. Advertising (Google Mobile Ads / AdMob)

The App uses Google Mobile Ads / AdMob. When ads are shown, Google may collect and use advertising-related data such as device information, IP address, and advertising identifiers. See Google's privacy policy for details.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Local data is removed when you uninstall the App.

The App relies on iOS permission controls and sandboxing, as well as Firebase authentication and security mechanisms. However, we cannot guarantee complete security in all circumstances.
