FilmLayerPro（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーの作業効率を高めるために、Webページ、ローカルファイル、各種設定情報を取り扱います。本ポリシーでは、本アプリがどのような情報を扱うか、その利用目的、保存場所、外部通信の有無について説明します。

1. 取得・保存する情報

1-1. ユーザーが指定するローカルファイル・フォルダ

本アプリは、ユーザーが選択した以下のローカルリソースを表示・利用します。

画像ファイル
動画ファイル
テキストファイル
フォルダパス
ブックマーク対象として登録したローカルパス

これらの内容は、本アプリの表示・操作のためにのみ利用され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されません。

1-2. アプリ設定情報

本アプリは、利便性向上のために以下の設定情報を端末内に保存します。

ウィンドウ位置・サイズ・不透明度
テーマ、配色、言語設定
デフォルトWeb URL
オーバーレイ切替ホットキー
動画再生ホットキー
最近使用したフォルダ
ブックマーク
セッション復元情報
Web表示用プロファイル設定

これらは主に AppData\Local\FilmLayerPro\settings.json などのローカル領域に保存されます。

1-3. ログ情報

本アプリは、動作確認やトラブルシューティングのため、端末内のログディレクトリにアプリログを保存する場合があります。ログは原則としてユーザー端末内にのみ保存され、開発者へ自動送信されません。

1-4. Web表示に関するデータ

本アプリは WebView2 および CefSharp を利用してWebコンテンツを表示します。この際、Webサイトの表示に必要なCookie、キャッシュ、Webプロファイル等がユーザー端末内に保存される場合があります。

これらの処理には、閲覧先Webサイトや Microsoft / Chromium 系コンポーネントの仕様が関係します。開発者が独自に閲覧内容を収集・送信するものではありません。

1-5. ブックマークプレビュー生成に伴う通信

本アプリは、Webブックマークのプレビュー画像やページタイトルを取得するため、以下のような通信を行う場合があります。

ユーザーが登録したWebページURLへのアクセス
favicon取得のための対象サイトへのアクセス
Googleの favicon 提供エンドポイントへのアクセス

これらの通信は、ブックマーク表示補助のためにのみ使用されます。

2. 利用目的

本アプリは、取得または保存した情報を以下の目的で利用します。

オーバーレイ表示機能の提供
Web、画像、動画、テキスト、フォルダの表示と操作
ブックマーク、最近のフォルダ、セッション復元の提供
ユーザー設定の保存
Webブックマークのタイトルやプレビュー画像の取得
不具合調査のためのローカルログ保存

3. 外部送信・第三者提供

本アプリは、ユーザーが指定したローカルファイルの内容、設定情報、ログ情報を、開発者のサーバーや第三者へ自動送信しません。

ただし、以下の通信は発生する場合があります。

ユーザーが閲覧するWebサイトへの通常のアクセス
WebView2 / CefSharp の動作上必要な通信
ブックマークプレビュー取得のためのWebアクセス
Google favicon サービスへのアクセス

これらの通信は各サービス提供者またはアクセス先Webサイトのポリシーに従います。

4. 保存場所

本アプリは、主に以下のローカル保存を行います。

AppData\Local\FilmLayerPro\WebProfiles
ブックマーク用プレビュー画像保存領域

アプリをアンインストールした場合でも、一部の保存ファイルが残る可能性があります。不要な場合はユーザー自身で削除してください。

5. ユーザーによる管理

ユーザーは、以下の方法でデータを管理できます。

アプリ内でブックマークや設定内容を変更・削除する
端末上のローカル保存ファイルを削除する
WebView2 / Webプロファイルに関する保存データを削除する
本アプリをアンインストールする

6. セキュリティ

本アプリは、ユーザーのデータを主としてローカル環境で扱います。ただし、端末のセキュリティ状態、OS設定、外部Webサイトの安全性等に依存する部分があります。OSや関連コンポーネントを最新の状態に保ってご利用ください。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは一般利用者向けであり、13歳未満の子どもを主たる対象として設計したものではありません。

9. 改定

FilmLayerPro (the “App”) handles web pages, local files, and configuration data in order to improve the user’s productivity. This policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, where it is stored, and whether any external communication occurs.

1. Information We Handle and Store

1-1. Local files and folders selected by the user

The App displays and uses the following local resources selected by the user:

Image files
Video files
Text files
Folder paths
Local paths registered as bookmarks

These contents are used only for display and operation within the App and are not transmitted to the developer’s servers.

1-2. App settings

To improve usability, the App stores the following settings locally on the device:

Window position, size, and opacity
Theme, color, and language settings
Default web URL
Overlay toggle hotkey
Movie playback hotkey
Recently used folders
Bookmarks
Session restore information
Web profile settings

These are mainly stored in local paths such as AppData\Local\FilmLayerPro\settings.json.

1-3. Log information

The App may store application logs in a local log directory for troubleshooting and diagnostics. These logs are stored only on the user’s device and are not automatically sent to the developer.

1-4. Data related to web rendering

The App uses WebView2 and CefSharp to display web content. As part of this process, cookies, cache files, and web profile data required for browsing may be stored locally on the user’s device.

These processes depend on the behavior of visited websites and Microsoft / Chromium-based components. The developer does not independently collect or transmit browsing contents.

1-5. Communications for bookmark preview generation

The App may access the following resources in order to obtain bookmark preview images and page titles:

The web page URL registered by the user
The target site for favicon retrieval
Google’s favicon endpoint

These communications are used only to support bookmark display.

2. Purposes of Use

The App uses the handled or stored information for the following purposes:

Providing overlay display features
Displaying and operating web pages, images, videos, text files, and folders
Providing bookmarks, recent folders, and session restore
Saving user settings
Retrieving titles and preview images for web bookmarks
Storing local logs for troubleshooting

3. External Transmission and Third-Party Sharing

The App does not automatically transmit the contents of local files, settings, or logs selected by the user to the developer’s servers or to third parties.

However, the following communications may occur:

Normal access to websites viewed by the user
Communications required by WebView2 / CefSharp
Web access for bookmark preview generation
Access to Google’s favicon service

Such communications are subject to the policies of the respective service providers or accessed websites.

4. Storage Locations

The App mainly stores data in the following local locations:

AppData\Local\FilmLayerPro\settings.json
AppData\Local\FilmLayerPro\Logs
AppData\Local\FilmLayerPro\WebProfiles
Bookmark preview image storage locations

Some stored files may remain even after uninstalling the App. If unnecessary, the user may delete them manually.

5. User Controls

Users can manage their data in the following ways:

Change or delete bookmarks and settings within the App
Delete locally stored files from the device
Delete WebView2 / web profile related data
Uninstall the App

6. Security

The App mainly handles user data in a local environment. However, some aspects depend on the security state of the device, OS settings, and the safety of external websites. Please keep your OS and related components up to date.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for general users and is not primarily designed for children under 13.
