本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、はじめてごはん手帳（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件および開発者（以下「当方」）とユーザーの皆さまとの間の権利義務関係を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本規約に同意のうえ本アプリを利用するものとします。

1. 適用

  1. 本規約は、ユーザーが本アプリを利用する一切の場合に適用されます。
  2. 本アプリ内の説明、ヘルプ、注意書き等がある場合、それらも本規約の一部を構成します。内容が矛盾する場合は本規約が優先します。

2. 本アプリの概要

本アプリは、離乳食の記録・管理を補助するため、主に以下の機能を提供します。

  • 家族グループの作成、参加、共有
  • お子さま情報の管理
  • 食材リスト管理
  • 食材の試食回数・好み・アレルギー記録
  • 献立テンプレート管理
  • 離乳食スケジュール作成・記録
  • つくりおき在庫管理
  • 写真添付機能
  • 通知機能
  • Apple ID連携
  • 広告表示

3. 医療に関する注意

本アプリは、離乳食や食材の記録・管理を補助するものであり、医療的な助言、診断、治療を行うものではありません。アレルギーや体調に関する判断が必要な場合は、医師その他の専門家へご相談ください。

4. アカウント・データ同期・共有

  1. 本アプリは、機能提供のためクラウド上にデータを保存・同期する場合があります。
  2. 招待コード等により家族グループへ参加した場合、同じ家族グループのメンバー間でデータが共有されます。
  3. ユーザーは、共有される情報の内容を理解したうえで本アプリを利用するものとします。
  4. Apple ID連携を行った場合、当方は認証およびアカウント復旧支援のために必要な範囲で当該情報を取り扱います。

5. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

  • 法令、公序良俗に反する行為、またはこれを助長する行為
  • 他者の権利（著作権、プライバシー等）を侵害する行為
  • 本アプリ、当方、第三者に不当な負荷または損害を与える行為
  • 本アプリの改変、リバースエンジニアリング、解析、脆弱性探索等（法令で認められる場合を除く）
  • 本アプリの不具合や仕様を意図的に悪用する行為
  • 虚偽情報の登録や不正利用
  • その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

6. 知的財産権

本アプリおよび本アプリに関する一切の知的財産権は当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーは、本規約に従って本アプリを利用する非独占的・譲渡不能の利用権のみを有し、権利の譲渡・再許諾等はされません。

7. 広告・外部サービス

  1. 本アプリは広告を表示する場合があります。広告の表示、計測、不正防止等のため第三者SDKを利用することがあります。
  2. 本アプリはFirebase、Appleのサービス、祝日情報API等の外部サービスに依存する場合があります。
  3. 外部サービスの停止、変更、障害等により、本アプリの一部または全部の機能が利用できないことがあります。
  4. 広告の内容やリンク先サービスについて、当方は保証を行いません。

8. 料金・課金

  1. 本アプリで有料機能、課金、サブスクリプション等が提供される場合、購入、更新、解約その他の決済処理はAppleの決済システムに従うものとします。
  2. 料金はApp Store上に表示される価格に従います。
  3. 無料機能のみを提供している期間であっても、将来の機能追加を制限するものではありません。

9. 免責事項

  1. 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。
  2. 当方は、本アプリの中断、停止、不具合、仕様変更、データ消失、端末故障、通信障害等について、当方に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
  3. 端末、OS、ネットワーク環境、外部サービスの状況等により、すべての機能が常に正常に利用できることを保証しません。
  4. 本アプリ内の説明、ヘルプ、FAQその他の情報は一般的な案内であり、個別事情への適合を保証するものではありません。

10. 利用停止・変更・終了

当方は、必要に応じて本アプリの全部または一部について、内容の変更、提供の中断、または終了を行うことがあります。

11. 本規約の変更

当方は、法令改正、機能変更、運営上の必要等に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合、適切な方法で告知します。変更後にユーザーが本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

12. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、本アプリに関して当方とユーザーの間で生じた紛争については、当方所在地を管轄する裁判所または東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Hajimete Gohan Techo (the "App") and define the relationship between you and the developer ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

  1. These Terms apply to all use of the App.
  2. In-app notices, help text, and warnings also form part of these Terms. If there is any conflict, these Terms prevail.

2. App Overview

The App provides features including:

  • Creating, joining, and sharing family groups
  • Managing child profiles
  • Managing food lists
  • Recording food try counts, preferences, and allergy status
  • Managing menu templates
  • Creating and recording feeding schedules
  • Managing make-ahead stock
  • Attaching photos
  • Notifications
  • Apple ID linking
  • Advertising display

3. Medical Notice

The App is intended only to support record-keeping and management related to baby food. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a physician or other qualified professional when medical judgment is needed.

4. Accounts, Sync, and Sharing

  1. The App may store and sync data in the cloud to provide its features.
  2. When you join a family group using an invite code or similar method, data may be shared among members of that family group.
  3. You agree to use the App with an understanding of what information is shared.
  4. If you link your Apple ID, we may handle the necessary information for authentication and account recovery support.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Violate laws, public order, or morals
  • Infringe the rights of others, including copyright and privacy
  • Impose unreasonable load or damage on the App, us, or third parties
  • Modify, reverse engineer, analyze, or probe vulnerabilities of the App, except as permitted by law
  • Intentionally abuse bugs or unintended behavior
  • Register false information or misuse the App
  • Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or the rightful owners. You are granted only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

7. Advertising and External Services

  1. The App may display advertisements and may use third-party SDKs for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.
  2. The App may rely on external services such as Firebase, Apple services, and holiday information APIs.
  3. Changes, outages, or failures in such services may affect the availability of some or all App features.
  4. We do not guarantee the content of advertisements or linked third-party services.

8. Fees and Purchases

  1. If paid features, purchases, or subscriptions are offered, billing, renewal, cancellation, and related payment processing are subject to Apple's payment systems.
  2. Prices follow those displayed on the App Store.
  3. Even if only free features are currently available, this does not restrict future feature additions.

9. Disclaimer

  1. The App is provided on an "as is" basis.
  2. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by us, we are not liable for interruptions, suspension, defects, specification changes, data loss, device failures, or network issues.
  3. We do not guarantee that all features will always function properly on every device, OS version, network environment, or external service condition.
  4. Information in the App, including help and FAQ content, is general guidance only and may not fit every individual situation.

10. Suspension, Changes, and Termination

We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App as necessary.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect legal, functional, or operational changes. If changes are significant, we will provide notice appropriately. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location or the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
