利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Inkline（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 適用

本規約は、ユーザーと開発者との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。

2. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、1日1行の日記を記録し、同じ日付の過去の記録（先週・先月・過去の各年）と読み比べるための iOS 向けアプリです。

主な機能には以下が含まれます。

  • 1行日記の記入、自動保存、編集、削除
  • 先週・先月・過去年の同日を並べる比較表示
  • 月カレンダー、全文検索、記録の積層表示
  • 天気アイコンの記録
  • リマインダー通知
  • ウィジェット表示
  • テキスト・JSON の書き出しと、自アプリJSONからの復元
  • Pro版機能（写真添付、iCloud同期、テーマ、アプリアイコン、PDFブックの作成）

3. 利用環境

本アプリは、対応する iOS 端末での利用を前提としています。利用に必要な端末、OS、ネットワーク環境、iCloud ストレージ等は、ユーザー自身の責任と費用で準備するものとします。

4. 課金

  1. 本アプリの Pro版機能は、App Store を通じた 買い切り型のアプリ内課金 として提供されます（サブスクリプションではありません）。
  2. 表示価格、購入、返金、ファミリー共有等の取り扱いは Apple の定めに従います。返金または購入の取り消しが行われた場合、Pro版機能は無効になりますが、それまでに保存されたデータが削除されることはありません。
  3. 日記の記入、閲覧、比較表示、検索、テキスト・JSON の書き出しおよび復元は、無料の範囲で継続して提供します。

5. データの取り扱いとバックアップ

  1. 本アプリのデータは主としてユーザー端末内に保存され、Pro版が有効な場合はユーザー自身の iCloud にも保存されます。
  2. 本アプリは自動保存と自動バックアップを備えていますが、端末の故障、紛失、OSの不具合、iCloud の障害等によるデータの消失を完全に防ぐことはできません。ユーザーは、必要に応じて書き出し機能によるバックアップを自ら行うものとします。
  3. ユーザーが「すべてのデータを削除」を実行した場合、削除されたデータを開発者が復元することはできません。

6. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

  • 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為、またはこれを助長する行為
  • 他者の権利（著作権、プライバシー等）を侵害する行為
  • 本アプリ、開発者または第三者に不当な負荷または損害を与える行為
  • 本アプリの改変、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、解析等（法令で認められる場合を除く）
  • 本アプリの不具合や仕様を意図的に悪用する行為
  • その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為

7. 知的財産権

本アプリおよび本アプリに含まれるプログラム、UI、画像、文章、構成その他一切の知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーが記入した日記の内容に関する権利は、ユーザーに帰属します。

8. 免責事項

  1. 本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。
  2. 開発者は、本アプリについて、特定目的適合性、完全性、正確性、継続性、有用性、非侵害性等を保証しません。
  3. 開発者は、本アプリの中断、停止、不具合、仕様変更、データ消失、端末故障、通信障害等により生じた損害について、開発者に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

9. 提供内容の変更・終了

開発者は、必要に応じて本アプリの全部または一部について、内容の変更、提供の中断、または終了を行うことがあります。

10. 本規約の変更

開発者は、法令改正、機能変更、運営上の必要等に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、適切な方法で告知します。変更後にユーザーが本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

11. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、本アプリに関して開発者とユーザーの間で生じた紛争については、開発者所在地を管轄する裁判所または東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service (English)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of Inkline (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all relationships between you and the developer regarding your use of the App.

2. About the App

The App is an iOS app for writing one line a day and reading it alongside your entries from the same date in the past (last week, last month, and previous years).

Main features include:

  • Writing, auto-saving, editing, and deleting one-line entries
  • Comparison view stacking the same date from last week, last month, and past years
  • Month calendar, full-text search, and a layered record map
  • Recording a weather icon for each day
  • Reminder notifications
  • Widgets
  • Text and JSON export, and restore from the App's own JSON
  • Pro features (photo attachment, iCloud sync, themes, app icons, and PDF book)

3. Environment

The App is intended for supported iOS devices. You are responsible for providing and maintaining the device, OS, network environment, and iCloud storage needed to use it.

4. Purchases

  1. Pro features are offered as a one-time in-app purchase through the App Store. It is not a subscription.
  2. Displayed prices, purchases, refunds, and Family Sharing follow Apple's rules. If a purchase is refunded or revoked, Pro features are disabled, but data saved up to that point is not deleted.
  3. Writing, reading, comparing, searching, and exporting/restoring text and JSON remain available for free.

5. Data and Backups

  1. Your data is stored primarily on your device, and also in your own iCloud account when Pro is active.
  2. The App provides auto-save and automatic local backups, but cannot fully prevent data loss caused by device failure, loss, OS issues, or iCloud outages. Please use the export feature to keep your own backups as needed.
  3. If you use "Delete all data," the developer cannot restore the deleted data.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Violate laws, public order, or morals, or encourage such acts
  • Infringe the rights of others, including copyright and privacy
  • Impose unreasonable load or damage on the App, the developer, or third parties
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or analyze the App, except as permitted by law
  • Intentionally abuse bugs or unintended behavior
  • Engage in any other conduct the developer deems inappropriate

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its programs, UI, images, text, and structure, belong to the developer or the rightful owners. The content you write in your diary belongs to you.

8. Disclaimer

  1. The App is provided on an "as is" basis.
  2. The developer makes no warranties as to fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, accuracy, continuity, usefulness, or non-infringement.
  3. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for damages arising from interruptions, suspension, defects, specification changes, data loss, device failure, or network issues.

9. Changes or Termination

The developer may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App as necessary.

10. Changes to the Terms

The developer may revise these Terms to reflect legal, functional, or operational changes. Significant changes will be announced appropriately. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location or the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
